Acupuncture Therapy
Acupuncture is a gentle and effective natural therapy that uses fine needles to stimulate specific points in the body. It supports the body’s own healing ability, helps restore balance, and improves nervous system regulation. Acupuncture can assist with stress, pain, hormonal imbalance, sleep issues, digestive concerns, emotional wellbeing, and overall health.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicine uses natural plant-based formulas traditionally designed to target the root cause of imbalance. Each prescription is personalised to the individual and may support hormones, digestion, immunity, energy, skin health, menstrual regulation, emotional wellbeing, and recovery. Herbs can be used on their own or alongside acupuncture for deeper results.
Women’s Health & Fertility
Women’s health support focuses on restoring balance through all stages of life, from menstrual irregularities to IVF support, preconception care, pregnancy health, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and menopause. Treatment aims to harmonise hormones, improve cycle health, enhance fertility naturally, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical wellbeing.
Pain Relief Solutions
Whether pain is acute, chronic, injury-related, stress-related, or part of a long-term condition, treatment combines acupuncture and supportive therapies to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, relax the nervous system, and release muscular tension. The goal is to relieve pain, improve movement, and support faster recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Nutrition Consultation
Nutrition consultations help you understand what foods best support your body based on your constitution and current health needs. Using a blend of Chinese medicine theory and modern nutrition, you’ll receive practical and realistic advice tailored to digestion, hormones, energy, inflammation, immunity, weight balance, and long-term wellbeing.
Fire Cupping
Fire cupping is a traditional therapy that uses gentle suction to release muscle tension, improve blood flow, and support detoxification. Cups are applied to the skin to ease tightness, relieve stress, enhance recovery, and calm the nervous system. It is commonly used for neck and shoulder tension, back pain, sports recovery, stress, and fatigue.
Meet Lucy Hibberd (BHSc Acu)

Hi, I’m Lucy!

I’m a registered Acupuncturist with a deep passion for supporting people through Traditional Chinese Medicine. Alongside my clinical work, I also supervise student practitioners at Endeavour College, helping guide the next generation of Chinese Medicine clinicians in safe, effective, and holistic care.
I’ve recently relocated to the South West and I’m so excited to be based in Nannup. I’m passionate about supporting people on their healing journey through a root-cause, whole-body approach.
What I love most about Chinese Medicine is its deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence, its preventative nature, and its ability to treat the whole person—not just isolated symptoms. It integrates beautifully with Naturopathic, Chiropractic and Western Medicine, as well as whole food approaches to wellness.

The Process
Consultation
During your consultation, I take the time to understand your health concerns and what has brought you in. We’ll discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, medical history, and how your body is functioning day-to-day.
Assessment may include pulse and tongue diagnosis, physical examination, and any required forms to ensure your care is safe, thorough, and personalised.
Diagnosis
Using traditional diagnostic principles and careful observation, I interpret the signs your body is presenting. This helps me identify the underlying pattern or imbalance causing your symptoms.
A clear diagnosis provides insight into your overall health picture and allows me to design a treatment plan that is specific to your needs- not just your symptoms.

Treatment
Once we understand what your body needs, we create a treatment that is tailored to you on the day.
No two sessions are ever the same. Treatments may draw on acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, manual therapy, or Chinese herbal medicine to support balance, recovery, and lasting change.
Advice & Aftercare
Healing continues after you leave the clinic.
You may receive guidance on diet, breathing, movement, mindset, stretches, or simple lifestyle adjustments to support your progress between visits.
Some clients feel immediate relief, while others notice gradual improvement as the body adjusts. Follow-up treatment is often recommended to maintain momentum and deepen results.
